Job Description
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, product marketing, or solution consulting with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong knowledge of the compliance landscape in India
- Strong understanding of software products in GRC area, including technical aspects and market positioning.
- Ability to gather relevant information and develop solutions and proofs of concept that meet specific customer/ prospect requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to multiple audiences and communicating solution benefits appropriate for each prospect.
- Ability to listen actively and think strategically, and tactically to solve complex problem.
- Ability to work well cross-functionally to drive a unified plan and strategy.
- Experience with understanding the ins-and-outs of a product and the technology, not having to rely on another person to provide that expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and manage relationships with customers and partners at the management level.
- Comfort with sustained business travel.
- Produce thought leadership and benchmarking through roundtables, events, webinars, and internal enablement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and technology teams on key challenges faced by customers the needs, in order to help shape product roadmap and unblock unnecessary barriers
