Job Description
- Own and maintain a consistent and authoritative brand voice for Rezolve.ai across all content related to ITSM and Agentic AI solutions.
- Create in-depth, researched content including whitepapers, case studies, articles, and value documents to showcase the capabilities of our ITSM and Agentic AI products.
- Develop compelling copy for various channels such as landing pages, email campaigns, advertisements, form templates, product descriptions, and blog CTAs.
- Write and optimize website content focused on ITSM and Agentic AI solutions, improving site traffic, search engine rankings, and user engagement.
- Collaborate with growth, design, and product teams to create impactful and high-converting copy tailored to ITSM and AI-driven automation audiences.
- Craft messaging, taglines, and product narratives for new features, app integrations, and AI-powered functionalities.
- Work closely with the video team to produce engaging scripts, descriptions, and narratives for Rezolve.ai s YouTube channel, specifically tailored to the ITSM and AI automation sectors.
- Anticipate customer needs and create clear, concise, and user-friendly descriptions for client communications, ensuring the technical aspects of ITSM and Agentic AI solutions are easily understood.
- 3 5 years of experience in content creation for ITSM, Agentic AI, or related B2B SaaS technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITSM concepts, workflows, and industry standards, along with a deep knowledge of Agentic AI-driven automation and its applications.
- Ability to translate complex technical content into clear, approachable, and engaging writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail.
- Proven ability to write for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment while also thriving independently.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword usage and on-page optimization techniques.
- Adaptable writing style that can cater to different tones and audiences, from technical experts to business decision-makers.
- Experience writing content for ITSM platforms or AI-powered solutions, including Agentic AI and automation technologies.
- Previous experience writing for B2B or SaaS audiences in a tech-focused space.
- Familiarity with productivity and project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
- Experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones.
