About the position-

A SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing a website's visibility on search engines like Google. The aim is to attract more organic (non-paid) traffic from search engines like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

Job responsibilities are but not limited to-

Experience in SEO best practices and a strong understanding of search engine algorithmsDevelop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.Implementing and monitoring all SEO activities.

Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other key metrics to measure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.

Perform keyword research to identify high potential keywords and relevant for website optimization.Conduct on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, header tags, URL optimization, content optimization, link building, etc.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using GA4, GSC, SEMrush and other SEO tools.Perform website audits to identify SEO opportunities and issues and fix them. Monitor and report on competitor SEO strategies and performance in terms of ranking, traffic & backlinks

Required skills, experience and qualifications-

7-12 years of Experience preferred

Good knowledge of SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and SEO ranking factors.Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications, agency experience is a plus. Experience of US university/Market is an added advantage

Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
