Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, search rankings, and visibility for Rezolve.ai s website, blog, and landing pages.
  • Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO optimization, and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Continuously optimize website content to align with SEO best practices and drive long-term search engine growth.
2. Paid Marketing Campaigns:
  • Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Collaborate with growth and design teams to create compelling ad copy and landing pages that convert.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, and provide regular performance reports.
3. Website Optimization:
  • Oversee website optimization to ensure content is user-friendly, conversion-focused, and aligned with digital marketing goals.
  • Implement A/B testing to evaluate headlines, CTAs, and landing page variations to increase conversion rates.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to ensure the website reflects the brand s messaging effectively.
4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
  • Develop and execute ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts in the ITSM and Agentic AI sectors.
  • Customize marketing efforts for specific target accounts using tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and personalized content.
  • Track ABM campaign effectiveness and optimize performance metrics.
5. Email Marketing:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospects and existing customers.
  • Segment email lists based on buyer personas and behaviors to deliver personalized, relevant content.
  • Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and adjust campaigns for better results.
6. Analytics Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Marketo to track and report on key KPIs such as traffic, conversions, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to improve marketing efforts and drive results.
7. Collaboration Strategy:
  • Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and paid advertising to keep Rezolve.ai s marketing efforts cutting-edge.
Skills Qualifications
  • 3 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, paid marketing, website optimization, ABM, and email marketing.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook, focusing on performance and ROI.
  • Expertise in website optimization techniques, including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO.
  • Experience with ABM strategies, including identifying and targeting key accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong experience in email marketing, including list segmentation, drip campaigns, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems, including HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on writing compelling ad copy and email content.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with design, content, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working in the ITSM or AI-powered solutions space.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies and KPIs.
