About Us: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that drive online engagement, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital campaigns and contribute to the overall growth of the brand. There will be a team to be managed .

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging, audience engagement, and growth across platforms.
• Content Strategy & Campaign Leadership:
• Work closely with the content team to create and distribute compelling content that resonates with the target audience and supports the digital marketing strategy.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Lead efforts in SEO & SEM to improve organic search visibility and manage paid search campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Provide regular reports on key metrics to senior management.
• Evaluate and implement the latest digital marketing tools and technologies to improve campaign performance and streamline processes.
• Collaboration & Team Management:
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives.
• Oversee and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring they are effectively executing campaigns and developing their skills.
• Innovation & Trends:
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or advanced certifications is preferred.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, ASO ,SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Knowledge of web analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and A/B testing methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and implement tactics effectively.
