This individual s responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following specific responsibilities:

  • Responsible to achieve or exceed the sales plan by maintaining existing business and develop new accounts.
  • Responsible to drive sales activities, generate Leads and to close opportunities identified in your region and exceed revenue goals.
  • Responsible to execute a business plan for managing assigned territory and product workflow annually.
  • Responsible to develop presentations and customer Proposals including structuring appropriate payments and contract milestones.
  • Responsible to Support marketing programs and programs in your territory as assigned by the Company.
  • Responsible to Maintain contact with existing customers to promote new products, close deals, and grow sales, as well as develop new clientele.
  • Responsible to Develop a strong working knowledge of the features and benefits of competitive products.
  • Responsible to Play an active role within Assign Region to Develop a working knowledge of funding, market dynamics end-user needs.
  • Responsible to Employ an account mapping approach to pinpoint key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Responsible to Collaborate closely with internal teams to compile technical resources and ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Responsible to Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Qualities:
  • Masters/ Bachelors degree in science, preferably in Biology, Molecular Biology, or Biochemistry.
  • In depth understanding of companies/Customers purchase behaviors and structure.
  • Strong exposure to IVD market channel management would be a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven track record in IVD Product sales, particularly in Clinical, Diagnostic, and Government for capex and reagents business.
  • Results driven, energetic, effective, a self-starter with a strong motivation for sales.
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and who can excel in Regional sales environment.
  • Flexible and able to communicate with colleagues and customers locally and internationally.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and take the lead in a sales role within a fast-paced matrix organization.
  • Track record of over-achievement.
  • An existing network in the target client base is a must (will be shared on request)
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
