Responsibilities:

- Hiring and Building circulation team.

- Providing training to the team members for ensuring Optimum performance.

- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's Circulation goals.

- Implementing strategies, monitoring schemes to increase the reach and brand Awareness.

- Assists in the development of the circulation plan.

- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the Cluster and District In charges, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, setting and strategic planning.

- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reachout, onboarding, Installations, and expansion.

- Responsible for the development and operation of circulation plans for new users.

- Evangelize the product and personally help to get maximum User Acquisitions.

- Work collaboratively across teams including User Acquisition and Marketing.

- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your Circulation objectives.

- Taking entire responsibility of the Tamil Nadu state w.t Installations and Retentions.

- Travel entire Tamil Nadu for Trainings and the Workshops.
