Project Manager

Objective of the position:

The objective of role is to have become a key part of successful organizations, helping companies put

data research, strategy, and analysis into action. They find the root causes of business challenges, identify

business opportunities and make recommendations on how to achieve business goals and stay

competitive.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement

specifications are correctly interpreted

-Analysis and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and

conformity to standards

-Drafting BRD/TRD, SRS Documentation, API & Architecture Documentation

-Experience in gathering requirements by using JIRA or similar project management tool

-Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these

back to the business stakeholders

-Experience in executing Insurance/BFSI/Fintech and Health Care domain projects

-Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or

through written documentation to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues

and solutions are understood

-Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the

organization may opt to use

-Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications

-Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is

comprehensible to developers/project team. 

-Provides guidance and/or instruction to junior staff members and acting as intermediary between

Clients and Developers

-Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as

necessary

-Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or

the project team

-Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure 

-Strong customer service orientation 

-Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 

- Insurance domain experience is mandatory

Qualifications

• Graduate/BE-IT/Computers

• MBA from a business school/University degree

• 2-8 years of core Project Management
