Job Description
- As a Project Manager, you ll be assigned responsibilities of managing multiple SW projects, which need to be carried out efficiently.
- Assist Technical Project Leaders in overseeing schedules and milestone management.
- Obtain weekly project status from all team members and showcase project KPIs to the Project Steering committee.
- Effectively utilize project management software like Jira, and Microsoft Project Management.
- Implement and improve the project management mechanisms.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Document resource needs and availability.
- Organize, schedule and govern team meetings.
- Identify project scope, risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines.
- Requirements management.
- Keep track of the project costs.
- Provide consistent updates on the project to all concerned stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and perform change management as required.
- Measure the project performance to suggest areas of improvement.
- Perform competency development, Knowledge management.
