Responsibilities:.
- Own Organic Traffic and Business Growth: Lead initiatives to increase organic traffic and business impact through strategic planning and execution, while iterating the funnel continuously to improve business and numbers.
- SEO Strategy Development and Implementation: Design, execute, and optimize SEO strategies to enhance our search engine rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our platform.
- Content Strategy Ownership: Oversee and manage content planning, creation, and optimization processes to align with business goals and audience needs.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing techniques such as on-page and off-page SEO, content marketing, and other organic growth tactics to maximize our platform's visibility.
- Paid Marketing: Leverage paid campaigns when required to drive business, leads and more for consumers and B2B verticals.
- Lead and Business Management: Own the digital leads funnel, which is consumed by the internal teams to continually improve funnel numbers and overall revenue.
- Internal Process Optimization: Establish and refine internal processes that support SEO and content initiatives, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- Team and Vendor Management: Ability to manage teams and vendors to drive decision-making.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to track performance, uncover trends, and make informed decisions that drive improvements in traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align content and SEO strategies with overall business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously optimizing strategies to maintain competitive edge and adapt to algorithm changes.
Requirements:.
- Experience: 4-7 years in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy roles with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and business growth, preferably at BFSI and Fintech organizations.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other relevant platforms.
- Paid marketing tools(Google, Meta, others) is a must.
- Automation tools such as WebEngage is preferable.
- Content Strategy: Demonstrated experience in content planning, creation, and optimization to enhance user experience and SEO performance.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and analytics to drive decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Process Management: Experience in establishing and managing internal processes related to content creation and optimization.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to blend creativity with strategic insights to drive growth.
