Assistant General Manager - Business Finance

1. Overall responsibility for delivering Financial, Cost and Compliance controls at the plant as well as working with the plant team to achieve all KPI's of the plant
2. Responsible for statutory compliances with respect to GST and all statues.
3. Costing experience is must with SAP CO module exposure
4. Preparation and monitoring of Plant Budget
5. Product Costing validation and update in SAP and efficiency reporting
6. Responsible for month end closing activity, MIS reporting and forecasting
7. To manage Engineering spares procurement to ensure effective working of all equipment
8. Responsible for custody and control of Fixed Assets
9. Review capital expenditure spending, actual savings realization tracking
10. Review open PO and GRIRs and follow up with concerned functions for timely closure
11. Timely Updating of standard cost
12. Controlling plant overheads. To track plant performances on a regular basis and drive attention to key performance indicator driving cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives at the plant
13. Inventory control through monthly Reporting
14. Responsibility for correctness of Plant Financials - Costing/FI
15. Ensure Proper Internal Control system is implemented & followed at the Plant
    Lead, coordinate for Plant Audit closure.
