Job Description
- Assist in the development and execution of CSR and sustainability strategies and programs.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify sustainability trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the integration of sustainability initiatives into the company s business strategy.
Project Management:
- Assist in planning, executing, and managing CSR and sustainability projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability programs.
- Monitor project progress, track metrics, and report on outcomes and impacts.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with internal stakeholders, including employees and management, to promote CSR and sustainability awareness and participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including NGOs, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings related to CSR and sustainability.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards related to CSR and sustainability.
- Prepare and submit CSR and sustainability reports, including sustainability disclosures and non-financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of CSR and sustainability activities.
Communication and Training:
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate employees on CSR and sustainability topics.
- Create communication materials, including newsletters, social media content, and reports, to promote CSR and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate CSR and sustainability campaigns and events to raise awareness and engage stakeholders.
- Bachelor s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing successful CSR programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of CSR initiatives.
- Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives using relevant metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CSR reporting tools.
- Creativity and innovation in developing CSR solutions.
