Role Overview:

As a Key Account Manager, you will own the entire sales process, from lead engagement to contract closure. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals worth $10,000-$20,000 monthly while ensuring a seamless transition of signed clients to the customer success team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
• Build strong relationships with American B2B clients, including decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure timely deal closures.
• Collaborate with the customer success team for smooth client onboarding and handover.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably selling to American clients.
• Track record of engaging directly with decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift role.
• Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Fixed monthly salary: ₹50,000₹60,000 (based on experience).
• Monthly incentive of Up to ₹1,00,000 for achieving 100% of the sales quota.
• Potential to earn up to ₹5,00,000 per month for exceeding the 100% sales quota.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales spiffs.
