We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist who is passionate about crafting compelling email campaigns and managing the full spectrum of social media activities to generate high-quality leads and drive inbound traffic. This is a remote, work-from-home role, and we are seeking someone with proven experience in executing these responsibilities successfully.



Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:

  • Develop, write, and execute engaging email marketing campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
  • Design and implement email automation workflows to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
  • Use AI tools to personalize and optimize email campaigns, ensuring maximum open rates and click-through rates.
  • A/B test email templates, subject lines, and calls-to-action to improve campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email marketing KPIs and metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).


Content Creation & Management:

  • Craft high-quality, engaging content for email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop content strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and create content that positions the company as a thought leader.


Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Manage and create content for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
  • Schedule posts, interact with followers, and respond to inquiries or comments in a timely manner.
  • Monitor social media analytics, adjust strategies based on performance, and report on progress regularly.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, ensuring the company leverages the latest platforms and formats.


Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Utilize email marketing and social media to generate and nurture leads through the funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align lead generation efforts with broader business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to engage with new audiences and expand the companys reach.


AI & Automation Tools:

  • Implement and manage AI tools for email automation, lead scoring, and customer segmentation.
  • Continuously explore new AI technologies and tools that can optimize marketing efforts.
  • Train internal teams on the effective use of AI tools to streamline workflows.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in email marketing with a track record of converting leads into prospects.
  • Excellent content writing skills with the ability to create persuasive, engaging, and error-free copy.
  • Proficiency in using email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Smartlead, etc.).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and developing growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation for marketing purposes.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho Bigin, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SEO, PPC, and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
