About the Role
Lead large-scale analysis, data engineering or automation projects that support this mission and (2) to provide specific support to at least one of the Domains of the RDP (likely the Research Indicators domain). We are looking for someone who loves working with data, has exceptional stakeholder management skills, and exhibits a "can-do" attitude.
Responsibilities
Building data pipelines that provide observability of important data flows, and leading the analytics monitoring on these pipelines, with a focus on getting actionable insights that improve data quality, completeness and currency
Supporting the DataOps AI Operating Model. This could involve, for example, curating and preparing data for use by a data science team, and building a pipeline to deliver it.
Supporting a major proactive data quality project, for example through the implementation (coding) of data acceptance rules designed by the project team
Providing support to one or more domains of the RDP, for example by large-scale analysis of data
Requirements
5+ years of Software Engineering experience
Have significant prior experience with data analysis, preferably some knowledge of the scientific publishing domain.
Have experience with at least one enterprise data processing platform such as Databricks, SnowFlake or DBT.
Should also have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to collaborate with people with different skillsets and backgrounds.
