About the Role
In this role you will deliver a valuable service to our team by handling various tasks to enable client and student support and delivery of the Tolley Learning program.
Responsibilities
Invoicing customers onto their Tax courses.
Looking after distance learning students to ensure they receive the necessary support.
Processing orders to ensure students receive the correct course materials.
Entering exam marks onto the Online Academy.
Allocating marking of student exams.
Answering customer queries to provide timely assistance.
Liaising with the team in the UK for coordination and support.
Creating and sending monthly reports to clients and contractors.
Performing any other duties as assigned to support the team
Requirements
Graduate with at least 2-4 years of work experience in similar field (customer support).
Should be computer literate and have a good command of the English language.
An eye for detail is also a key attribute we are looking for.
