Senior Data Analyst

• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and support teams to create scalable product features
• Architect data warehouse models and semantic layers with query optimizations in mind
• Define performance metrics and initiate experiments to enhance the business
• Work closely with the data team to build and deploy end-to-end solutions
• Showcase results of analyses in a clear and actionable way
• Advocate for a culture of learning within the organization

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, data analytics, statistics, operations research, capacity building, or equivalent quantitative field
• Prior experience in healthcare is preferred
• Full competency in SQL and Python data processing (pandas, sklearn)
• Extensive experience with development tools and platforms such as dbt, Jupyter Notebook, Snowflake, Looker, and AWS
• Fluent in verbal and written English
