Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations related to health insurance, ensuring smooth process flows
• Ensure compliance with all health insurance regulations and corporate policies
• Analyze data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential operational issues
• Lead and mentor the health insurance sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives
• Monitor and control team attrition, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
• Drive outbound sales efforts to expand customer base and improve market share

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate 
• Comprehensive understanding of health insurance regulations (Mandatory skill)
• Strong analytical skills for effective data analysis to inform decision-making
• Proven experience in process improvement to enhance operational efficiency
• Solid track record in risk management within the health insurance sector
• Proficiency in health insurance sales and understanding of market dynamics
• Experience in general insurance sales processes and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to control attrition and maintain team stability
• Expertise in managing and growing outbound sales teams
