- Selling Financial Products (Health Insurance) On Phone and Flexible, Able To Shift Priorities To Accommodate Changing Demands.
- Fully Responsible For Meeting And Exceeding Targets As Assigned Periodically.
- Sales Executive Who Would Be Responsible For Educating, Comparing And Selling Insurance Plans Over The Call To Interested PolicyBachat Customers
- Work Towards Ensuring Zero Cases Of Mis-Selling / Fraud In The Processes
- Adheres To And Supports Company Policies And Practices
What it takes to catch our eye:
- 1+ years experience in industry experience as a Sales Executive (Health Insurance) On phone.
- Good English And Smart Worker, Should Be Efficient In Converting Interest Into Sales.
- Good Selling And Negotiation Skills.
- Must be self-motivated, excellent communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance with meeting short deadlines.
- Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
- Languages (English Hindi) Should speak any of them (Tamil, Telugu Kannada)
