Your Responsibilities:
  • Selling Financial Products (Term Investment Insurance) On Phone and Flexible, Able To Shift Priorities To Accommodate Changing Demands.
  • Fully Responsible For Meeting And Exceeding Targets As Assigned Periodically.
  • Sales Executive Who Would Be Responsible For Educating, Comparing And Selling Insurance Plans Over The Call To Interested PB Customers.
  • Work Towards Ensuring Zero Cases Of Mis-Selling / Fraud In The Processes.
  • Adheres To And Supports Company Policies And Practices.
    • What it takes to catch our eye:
  • 1+ years experience in industry experience as a Sales Executive (Term Investment Insurance) On phone.
  • Good English And Smart Worker, Should Be Efficient In Converting Interest Into Sales.
  • Good Selling And Negotiation Skills
  • Must be self-motivated, excellent communicator, comfortable following direction, and able to balance with meeting short deadlines
  • Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.
  • Languages (English Hindi) Should speak any of them (Tamil, Telugu Kannada)
