Job Title - Key Account Manager
Roles & Responsibilities
● In-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city with a good micro-
market understanding
● Recognize top-focused projects and develop good relationships with the developers'
team
● Identifying Valued Channel Partners who majorly deal in the focused projects
● Work on developing a robust network with these Channel Partners, give them a better
understanding of our proposition, and source deals through them
● Create a strong value proposition for CPs to work with us and get involved in the end-to-
end cycle till deal closure
● Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events to ensure
stickiness.
● Be excited to go on the field, go on the sites, and meet more and more Channel
partners.

Requirements
● Any Bachelor's degree.
● Ready to go on the field. Self-vehicle (mandatory).
● Real estate experience working with a developer in a channel partnering role will be an
added benefit
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in an organization with a proven growth
record
CTC - 3 LPA to 9 LPA
Location – Pune.
