Customer Experience Manager

What are we looking for?

The individual managing Customer Experiences will be creating an impact by-

• Initiating engagement with existing customers to -Schedule monthly meetings with the Relationship Team, Understand and resolve issues, Provide app download and access support ,Understand and enhance overall experience of working with Ingenetus.
• Handling and resolving the day-to-day query of customers.
• Interacts effectively and professionally with others and able to initiate, establish and maintain highly is effective relationships with internal and external business contacts.
• Identify Customers- needs and deliver Voice Service to the customers on Financial Products related queries and complaints.
• Fetching the statements from the company's portal and sharing the same with the clients.
• Receiving Calls from Customers’ both New and Existing and adding those calls to the CRM and assigning them to the correct individual in the organization.
• Cold Calling on Exiting Database provided by the company and generating leads to the existing sales force of the company and in turn earning incentives.
• Should have a laptop for office work.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Commerce background.
• At least 6 month experience.
• Candidate must have at least 60% of scores throughout the candidature.
