Key skills for the job
1. Onboarding and Induction:
- Design an engaging onboarding experience that sets the stage for new hires' long-term success.
- Conducting Induction program.
- Ensure that new employees are welcomed, integrated, and aligned with company values,
contributing to strong employee engagement from day one.
- New hire experience feedback 30-60-90 days.
- Managing the date confirmation process.
2. Employee Engagement Initiatives at HO:
- Ensuring rolling out Employee Engagement Initiatives as per the decided calendar.
- Identifying new Employee Engagement Initiatives & Driving it at HO.
3. Performance Management:
- Manage the performance appraisal process in SuccessFactors- Online & Offline.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing employee performance issues.
- Ensure that goals, feedback, and appraisals are aligned with company objectives.
- Assisting CHRO in promotion process & salary revision.
4. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee development initiatives and workshops.
- Promote continuous learning and career advancement opportunities.
5. Employee Recognition and Rewards:
- Manage recognition programs (e.g., Employee of the Month, Conquer Awards) to celebrate achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.
- Recommend and oversee initiatives to enhance the company's rewards structure and ensure alignment with employee preferences.
6. Employee Connect:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances.
- Mediate disputes and assist in resolving workplace issues while maintaining a fair and compliant environment.
- Promote a positive company culture and high employee engagement
7. Internal Coordination:
- Coordination with Plant HR Team
- Driving Process Standardization
- HR projects identified through HR Symposium/Annual HR Meet.
8. Assisting the CHRO:
- Driving HR Strategy Initiative
- Supporting CHRO in various HR initiatives
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Graduate plus MBA in Human Resources
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g. SuccessFactors).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional leadership, conflict-resolution and decision-making skills
- Willingness to travel across the offices & plant locations.
