Area Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the assigned geographical area.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering loyalty.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage and support a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product departments, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to adjust strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
