Role Description
Autozilla is looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role, where the candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within an assigned geographical territory. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, deep market understanding, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance across the assigned territory, ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are achieved.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers, including auto service providers, retailers, and distributors.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions from Autozilla's product portfolio.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and product to enhance customer experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automotive, auto parts, or aftermarket industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships.
- Result-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage field sales effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA is a plus, especially with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Automotive.
