Day to Day Responsibilities:-
Market Research and Client Mapping: Identifying potential clients in the US and European markets looking for website development, graphic design, UX/UI services, and custom web/business applications.
- Targeting Startups and Entrepreneurs: Reaching out to startups and entrepreneurs with promising ideas and funding to position the company as an early-stage technology partner.
Proposal Writing and RFQs: Creating persuasive project proposals for web and mobile development and responding to RFQs and inquiries from potential clients.
Exploring Industry Niches: Researching sectors like Automotive, Health, Education, and other emerging industries to identify opportunities and help the company build expertise in those areas.
Achieving Sales Targets: Setting and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
Account Management: Managing relationships with existing clients to maintain and grow business opportunities.
Coordination with Delivery Team: Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, including developers and graphic designers, to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
Innovating Sales Processes: Continuously experimenting with new strategies, refining the sales process, and contributing to the growth and development of the sales team.
Desired Profile:
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in an IT or Web Development company.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong telephonic and email etiquette.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant software such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Sales software, and Project Management tools.
Business Acumen: Ability to understand complex business processes and client needs.
Sales Performance: Proven track record of exceeding individual and team sales goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, aptitude for self-learning, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
Social Media Presence: Active on social media platforms, with a strong business network and professional connections.
Interview Process:
HR Screening/Telephonic Interview (Approximately 25 to 35 Minutes)
Technical & Final Round Interview - Approximately 1 hour, covering technical and sales
skills, role information, policies, and salary.
