Customer Support Executive

Location: Yelahanka- Bangalore

Education: Graduation

Languages required- English, Hindi, Kannada

Experience- Minimum 1 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential customers for sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update the database of leads and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication.
• Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules.
• Generate sales leads per day.
• Explain the products and services to clients and generate meetings and showroom visits from cold calling.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection.
  

Timing :- 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off )

Salary Package : 20000 - 35000 per month.

Note: We have Fixed Weekly off on Wednesday
