Role & responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:
• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
• Build a database of decision-makers such as HR managers, talent acquisition specialists, and compliance officers.

1. Outbound Calling:

• Initiate cold calls to potential clients to introduce the company and its background verification services.
• Deliver compelling pitches about the benefits of our services in improving hiring efficiency and reducing risks.

1. Explaining Services:

• Clearly explain various verification services, including:
• Employment verification
• Education verification
• Criminal record checks
• Address verification
• Global database checks
• Highlight how these services help streamline hiring processes and ensure compliance.

1. Scheduling Demos:

• Engage with decision-makers and schedule online or in-person demos with the sales or technical team.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and ensure attendance.

1. Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to ensure long-term engagement.
• Address initial queries or objections and escalate complex queries to the senior team.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and scheduled demos in the CRM.
• Provide daily and weekly reports on progress to the sales manager.

1. Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.
• Time management and multitasking skills.
