Role & responsibilities:

1. As a Process Associate (Outbound Voice), you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services.
2. Your primary duty will be to generate sales leads and convert them into successful sales.
3. You will need to have excellent communication skills, as you will be engaging with customers over the phone and persuading them to purchase our products.
4. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of all conversations and sales made, using our CRM system.
5. You will work closely with your team leader and other members of the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Candidate should have strong verbal communication skills
• Should be a good team player
