Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE for our head office.

Qualifications: Any Graduation

Location: Noida Sec 63

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for management or other staff members.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions within company policies.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols, including sign-in procedures.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Should have a great personality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Only female candidates required

Salary Package : 3LPA to 6LPA

Timing :- 10 AM to 7 PM ( 6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off )
