Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager in Media Operations/Ad Operations, you will play a crucial role in steering our team towards excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on optimizing advertising campaigns, streamlining operations, and contributing to team leadership. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital advertising, excels in a collaborative environment, and is eager to take on leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Oversight: Supervise and refine the execution of advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with client objectives and achievement of KPIs.
Team Support: Assist in leading and developing the Media Operations/Ad Operations team, providing guidance, and supporting professional growth.
Client Management: Engage with clients, fostering relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.
Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics to improve campaign performance, offering actionable insights and recommendations to both clients and team members.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements within the operations framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Innovation and Strategy: Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and strategies that drive operational excellence and client success.
Training: Facilitate training and development initiatives for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other departments to support and achieve company objectives.
