Dear Connections,

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Business Development Representative (BDR).

Position: BDR
Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
Location: Bangalore
Shift: US hours
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

The following skill sets are essential for this role:
- A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in International B2B SaaS Sales, specifically within a BDR capacity (experience in SaaS sales is essential, particularly with the US market).
- Proven experience in enterprise sales is required.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with Enterprise-level organizations, including engagement with C-level executives such as CEOs, Presidents, and COOs.
- A strong affinity for technology, with the capability to learn, understand, and articulate technical concepts effectively.
- Experience in self-sourcing leads and developing a personal sales pipeline.
- Exceptional communication skills are a must.
- Willingness to work night shifts (aligned with US hours) is necessary.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proactively create winning outreach strategies focused on current market trends, solutions, and pain points
    • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn with the power of the Google brand behind you
    • Explore new business opportunities within certain target industries and personas
    • Create lasting and beneficial relationships with Google stakeholders
    • Present product value to potential clients
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the enterprise sales team
    • Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
    • Achieve established sales goals and objectives
    • Create, present, and execute campaigns to the market while reporting back on results to internal stakeholders
    • Learn and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of the clients products and services
    • Champion our success stories and share them with targeted companies in interesting industries and territories.
