Role: Senior Manager Talent Management
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and develop robust talent management initiatives, strategically plan for the future and ensuring a continuous pipeline of skilled and engaged employees.
- To work closely with other leaders in the company, including HRBP's and CXO's.
- Lead a team of talent management professionals, end to end.
- Expertise in designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing performance management systems that drive employee engagement and development.
- Experience in creating and implementing robust employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career development initiatives.
- Proficiency in designing and executing succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of talent for key roles within the organization.
Candidate Background:
- Full Time Masters in Human Resources / Business Administration / Social Work is required from a Reputed Institute is required.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in talent management, human resources, or organizational development in Consumer Goods /Consumer Durables / Chemicals Industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading talent management initiatives at a Corporate level.
- Experience in managing talent programs across diverse functions and local/international locations.
