Supervisor

• Appoint new distributors as per business expansion requirements.
  
• Review distributors sales performance against monthly targets (primary sales).
  
• Ensure proper inventory management at distributor levels, avoiding dead stock.
  
• Maintain monthly stock and sales reports (SNS) to monitor distributor stock levels.
  
• Track slow-moving products and implement corrective actions.
  
• Ensure timely stock replenishment and maintain POSM (Point of Sale Materials) , Samples and GWP (Gifts With Purchase).
  
• Communicate sales schemes to distributors in writing
  
• Ensure prompt and timely payment collection.

2. Retail Counter Management:

• Oversee and manage General Trade Doors sales, focusing on off-takes and secondary sales.
  
• Expand market presence by opening new doors (retail outlets- BA and NON BA )
  
• Enduring team - Skin Advisors (SA) is taken product knowledge.
  
• Ensure proper product display on shelves, avoiding stock gaps and maintaining fully stocked counters.
  
• Track and manage slow-moving items, ensuring effective stock rotation.
  
• Maintaining and sharing customer data
  
  3. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyses.
    
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
    
  • Regularly review and update sales forecasts and inventory levels to ensure alignment with market demand.
