Requirements

• Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
  
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
  
• Excellent proposal writing skills, with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and attention to detail.
  
• Familiarity with Upwork’s platform and bidding process.
  
• Ability to understand and communicate technical or service-related details clearly.
  
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple proposals and deadlines.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a remote, team-based environment.
  
• Previous experience in project management or sales is a plus.
  

• Experience in IT, software development, marketing, design, or any other specialized field that our company provides services for.
  
• Ability to negotiate with clients and convert inquiries into projects.
