Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and facilitate collaboration.
Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Track project expenses and manage budgets in collaboration with project managers.
Support the preparation of project deliverables and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in an IT product or service-based environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
