The Brand Strategist at our marketing agency plays a critical role in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives. This position involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with creative teams to craft compelling brand narratives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideate and implement long term digital marketing campaigns for clients
Day-to-day management of clients marketing and advertising campaigns
Content sourcing and management for digital and social media campaign along with design ideas
Run daily/weekly cross-functional meetings to review campaign needs, identify and troubleshoot issues, compile feedback, and ensure overall success
Maintain library of campaigns and assets
Support manager in tracking effectiveness of campaigns in driving engagement, revenue, personalization and innovation.
Skills
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
Prior experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing roles is preferred
Excellent project management skills, Great presentation skills, Communication and writing skills
Portfolio of participation in brand-building projects.
Experienced in developing brand guidelines and differentiation strategies.
Experience in coordinating with multiple teams.

Qualifications
Min 3 years prior experience in digital marketing/ social media marketing within a corporate or agency environment/ freelance
Should be brave enough to come up with own designs/themes
Research and come up with new campaign ideas

Analytical skills; comfortable distilling campaign data into actionable insights and optimization opportunities
