Role Overview:
The Strategic Projects Manager in the Founders Office plays a crucial role in driving the organization s strategic initiatives and directly supporting the founders in fulfilling their roles. This position is pivotal in achieving annual revenue targets and strategic goals through adept project management and effective execution.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage Strategic Projects: Oversee and execute interdisciplinary projects, ensuring they align with the organization s strategic goals.
- Support Founders: Assist founders in their duties and achieving their key result indicators (KRIs).
- Market Research and Analysis: Perform comprehensive industry and situational analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to drive organizational growth and innovation.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for strategic initiatives.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Progress Monitoring: Track the progress of strategic projects, addressing issues and ensuring timely completion.
- Process Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities for improving operational efficiency.
- Meeting Preparation: Manage meeting logistics, including preparation and follow-up actions.
- Lead Management: Track potential clients and maintain an updated database.
- Pitching and Sales Closing: Support founders in client pitches and closing sales deals.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, SPSS, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify trends and patterns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Role Expectations:

- Founder Support: Provide substantial support to founders, facilitating their success in their respective roles.

Qualifications:
- MBA in Operations, Marketing, GM.
- Passion for Agency business.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience in marketing or advertising is a plus.
