• The Solution Analyst for the customer transformation program is key in the successful execution of the programs objectives
• This position involves thorough analysis of technical requirements across various Workstreams, translating these requirements into detailed functional specifications, and facilitating the integration and configuration of systems to ensure effective implementation
• The role is also responsible for comprehensive solution testing to guarantee that governance, risk management, and compliance standards are met
• Moreover, the Solution Analyst drives the strategic direction of solutions, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and regulatory requirements while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams
