Description :

The SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Solution Analyst for the STEP transformation program plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of SAP GRC solutions within the organization.

The analyst works closely with various stakeholders, including IT, compliance, audit, and business units, to design, implement, and maintain GRC solutions that enhance the organization's ability to manage risk and comply with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities / accountabilities :

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand their GRC requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- System Configuration : Configure SAP GRC modules, including Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management, to meet the organization's specific needs.

- Integration : Ensure seamless integration of SAP GRC solutions with other SAP and non-SAP systems, enhancing overall system functionality and data flow.

- Customization : Develop custom GRC solutions and enhancements, working with SAP developers and external consultants as needed.

- Testing : Conduct thorough testing of GRC solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function correctly within the broader SAP environment.

- Risk Assessments : Perform regular risk assessments to identify potential threats to the SAP environment and develop mitigation strategies.

- Compliance Monitoring : Monitor compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that the organization remains compliant.

- Audit Support : Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, reports, and access to GRC systems.
