Senior IT Analyst - GRC Tools (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Job Title : Senior IT Analyst - Risk & Compliance - Financial Services - Mumbai

Job Responsibility :

1. Closely work with the business representatives, vendors and the different technology teams to implement IT Risk framework.

2. Work with Application teams and the infrastructure teams to self-identify the risks.

3. Identify threats and conduct risk assessments to address Technology risks within ICF IT landscape and that of the Technology Vendors to address Technology risks pertaining to ICF.

4. Ensure that the Technology Risk is within the organization's Risk Appetite.

5. Ensure that security controls such as data encryption, firewalls, and security software are implemented in line with Infosec guidelines.

6. Work with the Infosec, legal and Compliance teams to identify new threats, trends, issues, and opportunities to improve risk processes.

7. Work with internal and external Audit teams to periodically assess, review and close Technology Risks.

8. Responsible for periodic reviews and updates to all IT policies and Procedures

9. Ensure timely reporting to various committees and regulatory bodies with respect to overall IT related compliances

10. Periodic reporting of IT governance data related to Audit, Compliance, Risk, Infosec and various IT Committees

11. Create Risk & Compliance Awareness culture within Technology organization.

12. Continuously assess the risks in Technology organization, report them as part of the Steering committee reporting and track them to closure.

Experience : 5 - 8 Years of experience in IT with at least 3+ years in IT Risk management

Job Location : Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days : 5 days

Qualification : Graduate in IT or Computer Science, IT Risk Management Certifications (e.g. Risk and Information Systems Control, (CRISC) ISACA or PMI-RMP)

Reporting To : Chief Technology Officer

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days only
