Job Description
- Develop, lead, and enforce best practices and solutions for applications utilizing CI/CD and the Public Cloud
- Drive a DevOps mindset within the organization
- Analyze and enhance existing CI solutions to enable the automation of configuration management of all development, quality assurance, and production servers.
- Collaborate with multiple teams across Deltek working on modernizing software and service delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Partner with key associates (e.g. Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Infrastructure Engineers, and Solution Delivery Managers) for end-to-end solution delivery in adherence to industry best practices.
- Ensure all designs leverage common architectures and services that can meet key design criteria (Availability, Recoverability, Scalability, Performance characteristics) and can be properly supported by Deltek support and operations teams
- Partner with Senior Leaders across Cloud and Engineering to refine CI/CD and DevOps strategy and technical roadmap by working with senior technical leaders within the DevOps organization.
- Work closely with the security team and defined processes and procedures to ensure adherence to the highest standards
