Solution Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our dynamic Digital and Cloud Services team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing cutting-edge solutions that leverage digital technologies and cloud platforms to meet our clients' business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Practices, Delivery and Functions to develop winning solutions for our clients. You will be responsible to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business growth and impact in the market.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of digital and cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements, industry best practices, and architectural standards.
• Lead pre-sales teams, solution & offerings development activities, including demonstrations, presentations, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and define solution strategies.
• Develop solution blueprints, technical designs, and architecture documentation to guide the solution process.
• Provide broader solution leadership and guidance to technology practices teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital and cloud services, and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Five (5+) years of experience in Solution architecture, with a focus on digital and cloud services.
• Experience of leading RFP responses, presentations to leadership and shaping commercial propositions.
• Experience and subject matter expertise in one or more of the industry domains, BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare & Lifesciences, Telecom etc.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native architectures.
• Deep understanding of modern software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of solutioning with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
• Experience in modern architecture patterns, e.g., microservices architecture, containerization, serverless computing.
