The Solution Analyst for the customer transformation program is key in the successful execution of the program's objectives.

This position involves thorough analysis of technical requirements across various Workstreams, translating these requirements into detailed functional specifications, and facilitating the integration and configuration of systems to ensure effective implementation.

Accountability & Responsibilities :

- Implementation Management : Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

- Integration : Ensure seamless system integration, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

- Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

- Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.

- Training and Support : Provide support for training and support activities to end-users.

- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards required, working with Salesforce or Vistex.
