Leverage data insights to refine targeting, improve processes, and increase conversion efficiency.
5+ years in GTM, growth, or revenue roles
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-conversion pipelines, or worked in founder s office role in as growth lead
Comes from strong education background, tier 1 MBA college is preferred
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in optimizing GTM performance and lead conversion.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact growth initiatives.
