This role provides an opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and management. As an Intern in the CTO Office, you will play a crucial role in project management, cross-team coordination, and driving operational excellence. You will assist in streamlining processes, monitoring project execution, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and leadership.
Responsibilities
Project Management Support: Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across engineering teams.
Daily Scrum Monitoring: Attend Daily Scrum Meetings (DSMs) to gather progress updates and ensure alignment with project goals.
Cross-Team Coordination:Facilitate collaboration between teams to drive alignment on technical and business objectives.
Reporting & Insights: Create and present project updates, performance reports, and risk assessments to the CTO.
Process Optimization: Analyze workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Strategic Initiatives Planning: Assist in planning, roadmap and tracking of strategic initiatives.
Pursuing or recently completed an MBA or related degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or similar fields.
Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise reporting.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project updates.
A self-starter who takes initiative and drives tasks to completion.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar).
Interest in technology and process optimization.
