Executive Assistant at A Fintech Unicorn

Responsibilities

• Assist executives with utilizing self-service tools for travel bookings, reservations, and conference calls.
• Support in various administrative tasks to maintain efficient workflow.
• Organize and facilitate conference calls, video conferences, and data conferences.
• Proactively manage and schedule executive calendars, ensuring all appointments are well-organized.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, providing support as directed by the executive or supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior administrative experience is a plus.
• Proficient in PC applications (Internet, Outlook) and skilled in using virtual communication tools like Teams.
• Strong critical and analytical thinking abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and resourceful in problem-solving.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
