Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for both tech and non-tech positions.
• Hire top talent across technical roles (data scientists, ML engineers, Python developers) and sales/marketing roles (growth marketers, content marketers, account executives).
• Source candidates from niche platforms like Stack Overflow, GitHub, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with team leaders to forecast departmental hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
• Craft and send personalized recruitment emails to passive candidates to promote current opportunities.

Requirements

• Expertise in handling various interview formats, including phone, Zoom, and structured interviews.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques such as social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Skilled at convincing top-tier talent to join a fast-growing software startup.
• Detail-oriented and highly process-driven in recruitment activities.
