Inside Sales Associate at A Fintech Unicorn

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone to understand their needs and persuade them to schedule appointments with the sales team.
• Address customer questions and concerns about the projects being pitched.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Follow up on leads and make additional calls to schedule site visits.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Handle customer objections, provide effective rebuttals, and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in Pre-Sales or Inside Sales roles, with a strong track record of customer engagement.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling successful relationship building and customer rapport.
• Strong persuasive abilities with a knack for handling objections and influencing customer decisions.
• Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies to drive successful outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of the local market and its nuances.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in English to ensure effective communication across diverse customer segments.
