Business Analyst at A Fintech Unicorn

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior leaders, including department heads and CXOs, taking the lead on projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
• Work alongside business and product management teams to identify and monitor relevant performance metrics, KPIs, and underlying factors.
• Collaborated with engineering and research teams to design, build, and implement data analysis systems for processing large data sets, generating valuable insights for business, marketing, and product strategies.
• Develop algorithms to extract actionable information from extensive data sets.
• Implement scalable and efficient automated processes for model development, validation, deployment, and large-scale data analysis.
• Create metrics and prototypes that support data-driven business decisions.
• Provide ongoing support for senior management reviews and investor meetings.
• Design and automate scorecards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in Analytics.
• Expert in SQL.
• Experienced with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• The ideal candidate should demonstrate a structured approach to thinking, strong analytical abilities, process orientation, initiative, and the capability to take ownership of projects.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
